Your Orah School Profile is where you can fill out information related to your school demographics, student body numbers, important dates, addresses, and more. A completed School Profile helps the Orah team better serve your school and ensures that we have all the information we need to continue to build the best platform to serve our schools.
To update your School Profile, click the 'School Profile' button in the Admin Console.
Select the pencil icon on the right in order to edit the information.
A pop-up will appear with all the fields that you can edit. Once you've filled in all the applicable fields, don't forget to scroll all the way to the bottom and click 'Save'.
The Auditing function allows school Orah administrators to view a list of all logins, actions, and records created in the Orah system. This can be helpful in tracking usage across staff and the student body. To view the full audit, select the Auditing button from the Admin Console.
SMS Alerts are an optional feature that Orah offers in conjunction with our Emergency Rolls product. If you activate SMS Alerts in your account, when you start an Emergency Roll, you will be able to send SMS messages to your students and staff, as an additional means of reaching them (along with the standard emails and push notifications).
If this feature is active in your account, from the Admin Console, click on SMS Alerts to view your message quota, and an audit of listed mobile numbers to ensure that messages will reach their intended audience.

Finally, from the Admin Console, you can select the 'Subscription' button in order to view your school's Orah account information and status.
