1. From the Pastoral Categories section, create a separate category for sending Broadcast messages.

  2. From the Homeboard, click on 'All Students' or choose the students to whose connected parent accounts you would like to send a broadcast message. Click on 'Pastoral' and choose the 'Broadcast Message' category:

  3. Once you have added the relevant content under 'Description', 'Action' and 'Notes', scroll down and choose 'Students' and 'Parents' under notifications.

    Please note that the information you added under the three tabs 'Description', 'Action' and 'Notes' will be sent to the parent/students over email.
