In the Admin Console, navigate to 'Staff'. Then click the 'Invite' tab.
Inviting an Orah Administrator
Staff members who will need access to the Admin Console will need to be invited to Orah as an Administrator. Enter the email addresses of all the administrators you would like to invite. Ensure that the administrator toggle is on (green) and click 'Invite'.
Inviting Staff Members
Enter the email addresses of the staff members, either individually - separated by a semi-colon - or by uploading a .csv of emails using the template provided.
You will then be prompted to set permission controls for the staff member(s) you are inviting. If you do not want the staff member(s) you are inviting to have access to a certain feature, click the circle to remove the listed option from their permissions.
You can also assign the staff member(s) visibility to specific houses/dormitories on campus, based on your school's preference. Finally, click 'Invite'.
The 'Pending Invites' section, listed at the bottom of the 'Invite' tab, helps you manage your current invites to see which staff members have yet to connect.
Click the three dots to the right of the invitee's status in order to access options to 'Resend Invite' or 'Delete Invite'.
Adjusting Staff Account Permissions
Still under 'Staff' in the Admin section of the School Management menu, click the 'Users' tab. Find the staff member's name and click on the name to open their profile.
Select the account button and click any of the pencil icons to edit the permissions. Make any necessary changes, then click 'Save'.
