  • Use dashboards and alerts for ongoing monitoring

1. Account & Admin Access

  • Create your Orah account

    • Recommended: IT Admin

  • Confirm Admin access for attendance configuration

Common issues to check

  • Admin not involved in SIS and attendance setup


2. SIS Integration, SSO & Directory Sync

  • Set up SIS integration

  • Check all sync objects:

    • Students

    • Staff

    • Contacts / Guardians

    • Relationships

    • Enrollments
