When you log into Orah, you land on the Home Board — a real-time view of all your students' locations and statuses.
Filtering by house
On the Homeboard, click the All Students dropdown to filter by a specific house. The number in brackets shows the total students currently displayed. The houses available depend on the access your School Administrator has configured for your account.
Filtering by group, location, or pass type
Below the house filter, you can narrow down by:
A specific group (e.g. Soccer Team)
Students checked into a specific location
Students checked out on a specific type of pass
You can stack one filter of each type simultaneously. For example: students on the Soccer Team who are In Transit to the Soccer Field.
Other status filters
The filters also let you view:
Students on the watchlist
Students who have been gated
Students who are late returning from a pass
Right-side filters
Additional filters are available on the right side of the page. Clicking the down arrow next to any filter gives a more granular view — including zones, locations, and sub-locations within a zone.
