Schools have the ability to create and share forms with parents and students via Orah. Forms can be created and sent to parents via a campaign or be accessible within your account so you can submit this ad hoc.

Responding to a campaign

If your school has initiated a form campaign, you will receive an email that reads “[School name] has invited you to submit [Form name]

In the email, read the description and click the link displaying Submit Form
There may be a file attached to the email.

The link will open a web page, fill out all the available fields.
Sections marked with an apostrophe (*) are compulsory.

Submit the form by clicking “Submit” at the bottom of the page

Your response will now be logged with the school. They will be in contact if they have any follow-up questions.

Submitting a form ad hoc

From within your account, select the + icon and click new form

Select the form you wish to engage with

Complete the form and click submit to share this information with the school
