How to edit the pass type:

  1. Navigate to Attendance (Supervise) > Passes

  2. Find and open the submitted pass you want to update

  3. Click the edit option and update the Pass Type field

  4. Save the changes

Staff members with the appropriate permissions to manage passes can edit the pass type. If you don't see the option, check with your administrator that you have the necessary access.

Notifications follow standard pass update rules — if your school has notifications configured for pass changes, the relevant parties will be informed automatically.
