Can staff edit the pass type after a pass has been submitted?

Staff can now change the pass type on passes that have already been submitted

Yes — staff can now edit the pass type on a pass that has already been submitted.

How to edit the pass type on a submitted pass:

  1. Navigate to Attendance (Supervise) > Passes

  2. Find and open the submitted pass you want to update

  3. Click the edit option and update the Pass Type field

  4. Save the changes

Who can do this?

Staff members with the appropriate permissions to manage passes can edit the pass type. If you don't see the option, check with your administrator that you have the necessary access.

Will the student and parent be notified?

Notifications follow the standard pass update rules. If your school has notifications configured for pass changes, the relevant parties will be informed.
