If your school has enabled an event for you to respond to, you will see an Upcoming Events section when you go to apply for a new pass.
The events displayed are the ones that are currently with an open submission period. By clicking on the event, you will be navigated to a summary of the event and the option to apply or opt your student out of this event (if enabled by the school). Click the option that applies.
If you selected to apply for this pass, follow the prompts in the form and then click request.
Please note, for a school-informed event, you won't need to input any details (as shown in the below example). For a Student/Parent informed event, you will need to submit the details the school has requested on the form builder (ie school break travel plans).
This has now been sent to the school and you will be emailed with any updates on your request status.
