Video walkthrough
This video covers how to reconcile attendance in Orah, including reviewing individual roll records, editing attendance codes, and updating reasons:
Once attendance is taken on Orah, it will create roll record for individual students.

Editing Roll Record
You can edit a roll record by clicking on the pen icon at the top right corner.
Roll Code, Reason, Note can be updated, which will record the history accordingly.
Who can edit a roll record, and how far back
Editing a roll record requires the edit roll record permission. Staff without it will not be able to save a change to a roll record.
This page — Attendance > Student Roll Records — is the route administrators use to edit records that fall outside the roll call timeframe set for the My Schedule page. There is no date limit here: as long as a staff member has the edit roll record permission, they can edit a record of any age from this page.
The roll call timeframe only limits taking and editing rolls from the My Schedule page. It is a single school-wide setting — see Attendance - General Settings for how to set it.
To stop a group of staff (for example, substitutes) from editing rolls at all, remove the edit roll record permission from their role rather than changing the timeframe.
Every edit is captured in the record's Roll History, including who made the change and when.
