Before you begin
You must be logged in as an Admin
The staff member must already be imported into Orah
Here is an article on How to import staff on Orah using CSV
1. Open the Admin Console
Log in to Orah and navigate to the Admin Console
Click Staff from the left-hand menu
2. Select the Imported Staff Member
Locate the staff member you just imported
Click on the checkbox
3. Open Account Configuration
Click More Actions
Select Configure account
4. Assign a Role
From the role dropdown, select the appropriate role
(e.g. Residential Director, House Parent, Duty Staff)
5. Assign a House
Click Select House
Choose the correct house (e.g. Adams Dorm)
6. Save the Configuration
Click Configure
Review the details and click Confirm
The staff member is now fully configured with:
The correct role
The correct house assignment
Full access based on their permissions
They are ready to use Orah according to their assigned role.
