Yes — parents can now see their child's complete pass history in the Orah Families App, including passes that were declined, ended, or are still pending.
Where to find it:
Open the Orah Families App
Navigate to your child's Activity Feed or Schedule
All passes appear with clear status labels: Active, Scheduled, Requested, Ended, or Declined
Who can see this?
Any connected parent or guardian with access to the Orah Families App. No action needed — this is automatic.
Why can I see a declined pass?
Declined passes now show with a "Declined" status tag so families have full transparency. Previously these disappeared from view.
