Pre Requisite: - (i) You should have your Orah Parent account (ii) Download the Orah Families app from the iOS App Store or the Google Play store.

Step 1 - Go to the Schedule view on your Orah Families App to view upcoming Passes for your student.

To request a Pass or a Form, click on the Plus icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.

Select the child you wish to request the Pass for.

Now, fill in the required details and click on Send request once done.

If the pass type or form asks for supporting documentation (a medical note, a permission slip, and so on), scroll to Attach Files and tap Add File. You'll be offered three options: Take a photo, Choose from library, or Browse files. As of September 2026, Take a photo opens your device's camera directly, so you can snap and attach a photo in one step instead of leaving the app to take it first. Photos are automatically resized before upload, so this still works quickly even on a weak signal. If camera or photo access is turned off for Orah, the app will point you to your device's Settings to turn it on. This attachment field only appears where your school has enabled it on a pass type or form — if you don't see it, that pass or form doesn't require a file.

You can view your request for all the passes in the my request section of the app.
