Collecting confirmations/permissions off students and parents for pass requests and/or sign-outs during this time is important to help to support your school's and local requirements. To do this through Orah, we recommend adding in checklists for all your passes and more detailed T&Cs on your passes that are requested.
Adding checklists and T&Cs
Checklists
Navigate to your Pass page in the Admin Console
Click on a Pass to edit
Select the Form Builder
Mark the Checklist as optional and click edit
Apply your permissions/requirements that you need to get your students to confirm to
Click save
Repeat steps 2-6 to your remaining passes.
T&Cs
Terms and conditions are available for passes that have the request and endorser section enabled.
Navigate to your Pass page in the Admin Console
Click on a Pass to edit (select a pass that the students or parents request)
Select the Workflow
Click on the terms and conditions box and apply your t&cs for the different parties.
Click save
Repeat steps 2-5 to your remaining passes.
