Feature:

Staff users can grant restricted visibility access to any parent users connected to their respective student accounts by editing their permissions under the Contacts section of the Admin Console.

Below are the 2 permissions the staff users can select

  1. Unrestricted Visibility - Parents can view all student pass information, including host information.

2. Restricted Visibility -Parents can only view student pass information they have requested or created. They will not be able to see pass information or host information for all other pass records.

If the restricted visibility is selected by the staff user, the connected parent name will have a flag "Restricted Visibility" under their respective student contacts.

Note: Only staff users with Admin rights will be able to edit the visibility permissions.
