Our reports transform survey responses into easily readable and understood widgets and quantifiable information for your analysis

With Conversational Surveys, you can create, send and analyze Well being surveys all in Orah. Let's have a look at how can you read the data collected from the student responses.

Open any Survey from the Conversational Survey window and click on any campaign to access Reports

Summary

Available Filters

Once you open the Report, you can filter the report to only find a specific House or a Tag.

View the entire summary or filter down to a specific dimension and the report would show a summary of responses and data belonging to that dimension

Dimension Score

The circle in your summary is made up of different dimensions from your survey questions. Each dimension has its individual scoring based on the student's response.

The maximum score is 10 and the inner circle represents the Average score of all dimensions.

You can use the aforementioned filter to view the scores of each dimension.

Survey question score

Scroll down further to view the score against each question from the survey and the dimension it represented.

Individual Student

Click on the Students tab next to Summary, to view students' response to your survey

Filter Students

Just like other features on Orah, you can find the Filter option to choose the specific House or Tag of students you wish to view.

Or choose by their submission status

You can also use dimensions added to the survey as filters

View the student report card of your well-being survey

Once you have the data that you re looking for, you can even export it as a CSV file for further discussion and research.

Please note:

With the latest update, you will be able to view widgets that show an aggregate of data sourced from each survey instance. This will allow you to track students' responses to each survey instance over a period of time and identify any changes in trends and what may be causing them.

You can also view the individual question analytics by selecting the survey and below the summary section, you can select the question that will give a breakdown of student responses to the question with the average score on top and a breakdown as per your requirement can be selected from the drop-down.


You can also view the individual student record by selecting the student's section from the overview of surveys and clicking the student name, a pop-up with the survey record for the individual student with the individual record will be available.
