Overview:

Conversational surveys are easygoing, playful chat-based interactions that are ideal for getting feedback from your students. The data gathered can be used to identify trends and have a better picture of what's happening with students.

What do you need?

If you are new to Orah, your school needs to send you an email invite to create your Orah student account. Once you have your account created you can simply log into Orah from your computer app.orah.com or download the Orah students app from either the iOS App store or the Android Play store.

How do you take the survey?

You will get a push notification on your Student app or an email notification asking you to submit your response.

From the Homepage of your account, scroll to the 'My Tasks' section.

[Step 1] The survey will appear under 'My Tasks' in the student app or Orah web portal. Simply click on it to take the survey.

Step [2] You can view the progress of the survey along with the question on the chat box.

[Step 3]: After You have completed the survey, the results can be viewed under the 'My Wellness' tab.

Here is where your mood check data also resides. A wellness analysis and each dimension's scores are presented.

[Step 4] You can also view past survey records under 'Survey Records.'

These data can help you understand their wellness better, reflect on areas where you are struggling and make better decisions that support their well-being.

If you have any questions after reading through, click the blue chat icon at the bottom right-hand corner of this page. This will start a conversation with one of Orah's Team.
