To get started, make sure you have a separate category created for medical / allergy records. To know more about creating a pastoral category, click here.

  1. Click on the Student for whom you would like to add medical/allergy information from the homeboard and select 'Pastoral'. Choose the category you just created.

  2. On the Pastoral Category, add relevant information for the 'Description', 'Action' and 'Note' fields. You can also attach files such as medical certificates and doctor prescriptions as part of the medical note.

  3. Now, click on the 'Watchlist' toggle and make sure you set the duration to 'Never expire' - This way, the medical records or information is available at all times and can be handy to refer to.

  4. Once the medical note is saved, it can be accessed from the Homeboard by clicking on the 'Pastoral Category' icon below the student's name.
