You will require permission to view staff notes in the activity feed, if you are unable to see the activity feed on your homepage (left navigation panel), please contact your Orah admin

​What is the Activity Feed?

The Activity Feed provides you with an overview of exactly what has been happening either in your individual house or your full school over a period of time. You will gain insight into what has been logged for student wellbeing (pastoral), attendance (rolls), late returners (passes), when it is a student's birthday, and any notes (such as duty logs) that the staff has shared.

An easy way to grasp the concept of this feature is to think of the Orah Activity Feed as Facebook's Newsfeed.

​Step 1:
​
Navigate to the activity feed from the left navigation below, and click on the new post button available on the right hand of the screen.

Step 2:
​
You can select the time of the post by clicking on the "Now" dropdown button on the left side of the screen.

Step 3:
​
You can now add the details that are required for the event reminders in the post and have the option to save it as a template for future uses as well.
​
Please note you can edit the templates by selecting the template and saving the template for future use.
​

Step 4:

You can click on share post to share it with the staff members.
