Prerequisites: You must have an Admin account with Orah.
There are two main methods for inviting staff:
Invitation by Roles- With this method, you can assign specific Roles to your staff members at the time of invitation. Roles define the permissions and access a staff member will have in Orah, based on their responsibilities in the school.
This is the most efficient way to manage access and maintain consistent permission settings across your team.
Invitation without Roles (Manual)- This method allows you to invite staff members individually without assigning them a predefined role. Instead, you manually configure their permissions at the time of invitation.
📣 Note: There’s now a simpler, alternative way to import staff in bulk—see our guide on Import Staff Users (new alternate).
