All scheduled passes are automatically cancelled if they have not been activated within 5 days after the scheduled start time.
This means that even if a pass was:
Requested by a student,
Endorsed by the host and/or parents, or
Approved by staff,
it will still be cancelled if it remains inactive five days past its start date.
💡 Tip:
To prevent automatic cancellation, ensure that the student’s pass is activated before or on the scheduled start date.
