Yes — you can now export pastoral and behaviour notes as a formatted PDF or XLSX spreadsheet directly from the Pastoral Notes page.
How to export:
Navigate to the Pastoral/Behaviour notes page
Select the students and date range you want to report on
Click the Export button and choose your format:
Summarised Student Report (PDF or XLSX) — totals by category, ready to share with parents or in meetings
Detailed Report (XLSX only) — full record-level data for auditing, with filters by student, house, or tag
Who can do this?
Staff with access to the Pastoral/Behaviour page. Contact your admin if you don't see the export option.
What's the difference between the two reports?
The Summarised PDF is formatted for external sharing (e.g. parent meetings). The Detailed XLSX is for internal auditing with raw data.
