Yes. Admins can switch "Gating" to "Restriction", and the change applies across Orah for staff, students and parents.
How to change the term:
Go to the Admin Console and open the terminology settings (where your school sets its terms for Passes, Leaves and Absences).
Under Gating, select Restriction (or Gating to switch back).
Click Save Changes.
Who can do this?
Admin users only. You can choose between Gating (default) and Restriction. Custom words aren't available.
Will this affect our existing gating records?
No. All existing records and history stay as they are. They'll simply show the new term.
