Customizing Orah with your school’s branding not only looks great—it also helps staff, students, and families feel more connected to your school identity. With the School Pride settings, you can add your logo, pick your colors, set your fonts, and even share your mission and values.
Let’s walk through how to make Orah truly feel like your own.
Step 1: Open the School Pride Settings
Head to the Admin Console on your Orah dashboard.
Click on the School Pride tile.
Then, select the settings icon (top right of the page).
Step 2: Upload Your Logos
Start by uploading your school logo in different formats. Hover over the logo area and click "New Signature" to begin uploading.
You can upload up to three versions:
White version – for dark backgrounds
Black version – for light backgrounds
Full-color version – preferably with a transparent background
💡 Don’t worry if you don’t have all three! Just upload the ones you do have.
Step 3: Choose Your School Colors
Next, scroll down to pick your school colors.
For each color, enter its Hex code (e.g., #003366).
Under each color input, you’ll see a short explanation of how that color is used across Orah—like in buttons, menus, and highlights—so you can make informed choices that reflect your school’s brand.
Step 4: Upload Your School Seal
Further down the page, you’ll find a space to upload your School Seal.
This is typically used in smaller areas of the platform—like email headers or printed documents—so choose an image that looks good even when scaled down.
At the bottom of the branding section, you’ll find options to customize your platform text:
Update the Header Text (usually your school name)
Choose a custom font (optional, but great if your school uses a specific typeface)
Once everything looks good, scroll to the top and click "Save" on the right-hand side. This ensures all your changes are safely stored before moving on.
Now comes the fun part—seeing how your new branding appears in Orah!

In the preview area:
Choose which logo version appears on your login page and loading screens
Select the theme layout that best fits your school’s vibe
Just click your preferred options from the left-hand side.
App Color Schemes
Apply your chosen color palette to the:
Staff App
Student App
Parent App
This ensures a consistent experience across every Orah touchpoint.
At the bottom, you’ll see how your colors and logos will appear on:
Email communications
Printed reports and records
It’s a great final check before publishing your updates.
Step 7: Add Your School’s Mission & Values
Your school’s identity isn’t just about visuals—it’s also about purpose and values. Here's how to add yours:
Click on the "Mission & Values" tab in the menu
Choose where you'd like these displayed (e.g., on login screens or dashboards).
Scroll down and start entering your core values (After each one, click "Add Value")
When you’re done, click "Update" to save
Once you’ve reviewed and customized everything, go ahead and hit “Publish Changes” in the top-right corner of the page. That will apply your school’s new look and feel across the Orah platform.
