Updating general account information
Select the profile icon and click My Info
Click the pencil icon on the left to access the editing page
Make the required adjustments, then click save to complete your update
Updating your email/username and password
Following the same instructions above to access your My Info page, navigate to this page and click Account Settings
Select the pencil icon to access editing mode
Update either your username and/or password and then click the save icon.
You will be asked for your password for an extra security step.
Note: You will now also be logging in with the new email address as your username.
Why can't I update my student information?
The school manages the student information that is displayed within the My Students section of the account. If you wish to update any of these details, please contact the school directly.
