From the log-in page at app.orah.com, select 'Can't Login?'
On the next screen, enter your email address and click 'Send'. This will trigger an email to that address.
In the email that you receive, there will be a link to a webpage where you can input a new password. Click the link.
Your email address will be pre-populated and you can enter your new password, twice for confirmation. Click 'Next'.
Now your password is reset! Login as normal on the Web app and/or mobile app.
