From an internet browser
On the log-in page, click on 'Can't Login?'
Enter your email address and click on 'Send' - The password email instructions will be sent to you over email.

Once you have requested to reset your password you will receive an email like below to your inbox with a link to reset your password, click on the link.
The link will navigate you to a page where you can input your new password.
Once you have generated a new Password, click confirm to update the same.
