Managing only your trip list from the home board
This article focuses on the iOS Staff App, however, these steps can simply be translated into the Android App or our Web App. If you have any questions, please let us know.
Signing your students out on the trip
If your students have signed up for an event/ pass for this trip they will have a pass scheduled for this trip. You will want to navigate to your Schedule button and then select the funnel icon located in the top right.
Open Passes, select the pass type/ trip that applies and then click done
This will now provide you a list of students who are scheduled to go on this pass/trip. From here you can select all students to sign out in bulk, select students as you see them, or activate the pass individually as you see the students.
Press Pass and then activate pass to sign the students out.
Your students will now be displayed as signed out on the home board.
Completing attendance checks for your trip students
On your home board, select Roll and then start a new roll
Select the roll type that applies and then on your roll settings page, ensure you have a filter to the All School and All Students view so you can then filter to everyone on the trip. Apply other settings and then press start
On the roll check page, select the student filter icon at the top of your screen. This will open additional filter options
Open Passes, select the pass type that applies and press done
You will now be filtered into your trip list students. Complete the updates and then press save once you've completed your attendance check.
Managing only your trip list from the Home Board
On your Home Board, select the funnel icon on the top right
Open Passes, then select the pass type that applies and click done
Your Home Board will now be filtered to only your trip list so you can easily manage and log key updates against these students such as pastoral updates and signing students back in.
