Under prompt setting school can set reminders for students to do mood check. It can be done in two ways :

(click on pointers above to jump to that specific section)

  1. General recurrence settings :

Under this group school can set daily/weekly reminder which will prompt/notify students in form of email and push notification to do a mood check. School can set day in a week with specified time. To activate this click on the Recurring mood check tick-box and select the Daily or Weekly options.

With that, if a students have not submitted a mood check for certain number of days, a prompt can be set to them at a specific time. Checking the tick-box students haven't checked mood for more ____ days, prompt them at ___:___ at the last day while having the options to skip weekends. Follow the below screen for setup.

🧭 Navigate : Student Care (Nurture) > Mood Checks > Mood Check Settings > Additional Settings > Under Prompt Settings > General recurrence settings

  2. Just below the general recurrence, school can set triggers to send notifications when the specific events are selected as follows :

-When a pastoral note is logged
    -When student location is updated
-When a roll check is completed

Follow the below screen for setup. Different schools will show different pastoral categories/sub-categories, location, roll check to choose from.

🧭 Navigate : Student Care (Nurture) > Mood Checks > Mood Check Settings > Additional Settings > Under 'Prompt Settings' > Find 'Prompt based on events'
