Learn all about adding, editing, deleting a mood check version :
Mood Check Setting have evolved with time. Schools can now create their own version of mood check setting (versus, earlier which had only 3 settings that too by default - High, Middle & Low). Maximum of 10 versions of mood check settings can be created at a time. 3 default version settings High, Middle & Primary school will be still shown in the list in the same order to indicate a basic summary of that version and it precedence order compared to the other versions.
🧭 Navigate : Student Care (Nurture) > Mood Checks > Mood Check Settings > Version Settings > Find '+ New Version' button around top right corner.
To create a new version, click the "+ New Version" button like the one above.
An empty version creation page will open, name the new version.
Define the settings for this new version based on schools requirements.
Click on Save button, this new version will now appear on the list with other version settings.

☝️Note
-Settings are defaulted to high school version settings.
-Any new version which is added, will appear at the bottom of setting list.
-Without naming, a version cannot be saved.
Two ways a version setting can be edited :
-Clicking on the tab of a version setting directly will open the version setting. OR
-Click on the 3 dots on the right hand corner of particular setting and selecting Edit.

🧭 Navigate : Student Care (Nurture) > Mood Checks > Mood Check Settings > Version Settings > Select the version to be edited
Deleting a Mood Check Version Setting
Deleting a mood check version will no longer allow the assigned student be able to access the deleted version. Will remove any manual or automatic record of concern flagging. Similar to editing, school can delete a mood check version setting, by clicking on the 3 dots on the right hand corner of particular setting and select 'Delete'.
Deleting a version would affect the previous mood checks submitted in that version only if it is flagged as a record of concern. This means that the flagging will be removed for the records that were submitted in that deleted version. If you want to delete a version with a record of concern flagging, we recommend that you contact us first.

🧭 Navigate : Student Care (Nurture) > Mood Checks > Mood Check Settings > Version Settings > Select the version to be deleted > A prompt/warning will appear > Click Delete button
Below is the prompt/warning which will appear before deleting the version
As shown below, Delete button will grey out, when an admin is trying to delete the last version of mood check settings. This is to insure at least one version setting prevails to be applied to the assigned students.
☝️ Note deleting the mood check version :
- Will remove any manual or automatic record of concern flagging
- At any given time, 1 version of mood check setting needs to be listed and hence will not be allowed to be deleted
