Step 1: Open the Homeboard

From the left-hand navigation menu, click on Homeboard.

Step 2: Click on Roll Check

At the top of the page, click Roll Checks, then select Past Rolls.
Here, you can view all completed rolls and apply filters to narrow your search.

Step 3: Filter for Emergency Rolls

Use the Roll Type filter to find specific rolls.
From the dropdown menu, select Emergency Roll.
This will display all emergency roll checks conducted at your school.

Step 4: Review Student Status

Once you select an emergency roll, a pop-up window will appear showing which students are marked as Safe or In Danger at the bottom of the screen.

Step 5: Download the Report

In the same pop-up, click the Download Report button.
A report will be generated and downloaded to your device, giving you a record of all student statuses from that emergency roll.

💡 Tip:
Emergency roll reports are helpful for post-incident reviews and maintaining compliance records.
