In order to learn more about the students' mood and well-being, staff and students can leave comments on any Mood Check records that have been submitted by the student.

Staff can leave a comment in the Comments to students tab that students can view and respond to just like on any other social media platform. This offers a simple and secure engagement channel that is only visible to students and the assigned staff.

When leaving a comment in the Comments to student tab, notifications are sent to both Staff and the Student of each other's comments.

We also offer Internal staff comments on any Mood Check record. This allows staff assigned access to the mood check to leave comments for other staff members that students are not able to view.

If you need to urgently notify staff of a students Mood Check record, you can tag other staff using "@" and selecting their name from the list shown. This will send the tagged staff member an email where they can view the comment.
