Navigate to the Admin Console of your account to get to Attendance (Supervise)> Passes, you will see your list of passes and three dots on the right side of each.
Click on the three dots to edit, copy, deactivate, or delete a pass.
Editing the Pass Type on a Submitted Pass
Staff with the appropriate permissions can now edit the pass type on a pass that has already been submitted. To do this:
Open the submitted pass from Attendance (Supervise) > Passes
Click into the pass and select the edit option
Update the Pass Type field and save
Note: If you don't see this option, check with your administrator that your account has pass management permissions.
